This is exactly the same mat sold in the big box auto stores for double the price. This battery mat just slips under the car battery and may require some trimming with scissors to fit in your individual tray properly. Once it is installed it will eliminate the acid that some times drips down a batteries side which froms and corrodes anything it comes in contact with especially plastic parts and wire covers. Less corrosive acid is always the best acid period.

The Battery Mat is a great product for controlling battery corrosion. It is priced very reasonable.

I got this capcell so i wouldn\’t need a high-output alternator but when i turn my amp up my lights still dim. Was a little disappointed i thought this would take care of my problem but i either need two or another battery and new alternator.

So I bought this cap cell to help my amp out in those long deep bass notes. I have 2 kicker cvr 12\’s dual voice coil wired down to one ohm going to a 10 1000.1 dx. (which i also have written a review for on amazon). Now I don\’t know exactly why my amp keeps showing low voltage when it knockin hard. I got a hooker audio true 4 gauge wiring kit. A optima yellow top deep cycle battery and now this cap cell in there to help with the power and my amp is still showing low voltage and it gets choppy at high volume levels. I also got the big 3 upgrade. Did the yellow top, cap cell, and the big 3 all in one week end and no change. I have to 2 guesses as to why it\’s still cutting out. 1) the amp isn\’t efficient enough I mean at the end of the day it is still the dx and not a zx or ix. And the zx or ix is not 1 ohm stable like the dx) and or 2) I\’m in a mustang. The max amperage output on the alternator is 130!! (maximum!!). But one thing I can give to this cap cell is that it did almost deminish my headlights from dimming. Guess i still have more work to do. Tootlez!

I never wrote a review before but this thing is junk.,,Low quality, static on every channel even when using the headphone jack. Now I plug my iphone in and its okay for about 2 sec then the static starts getting louder…I live in an area with not that many stations so their isn\’t much interference. It feels cheaply made and for half of what I paid -$40- I could have got a much better one. This was the first thing I bought from this site that I regret buying…Save your money, this thing is not worth it.

I have a 1995 Buick. Has this product allows me to listen with my new technology on an old FM radio.
